Designed by international award-winning architects Monk Mackenzie, Huia sought to deliver a unique and elegant townhousing product, led by quality design outcomes as opposed to minimising cost. The interiors featured clean, open plan layouts promoting natural light to all areas of the home. The exteriors adopted a white brick portico to enhance street appeal, with negative details between each townhouse to create a sense of individualisation between units. Another unique aspect was the use of curved soffits – giving the development a sense of class and timelessness.
