Each of these projects started with the same approach; what’s the quality of the underlying real estate, and what steps can we take to mitigate risk, add value, and deliver something unique?

As for delivery, they’ve all been vastly different, with some taking a traditional Design-Bid-Build approach, others under Design & Build or Measure and Value.
